    Rigspolitiet behandler dine personoplysninger til følgende formål:
    • Formålet er at gennemføre en undersøgelse, der skal kortlægge hvordan befolkningen oplever trygheden i deres lokalområde, og hvad politiet kan gøre for at øge trygheden lokalt.
    Retsgrundlaget for Rigspolitiets behandling af dine personoplysninger følger af:

    • Databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1, litra e.1
    • Databeskyttelseslovens § 10, stk. 1.2
    • Databeskyttelseslovens § 11, stk. 1.

    Ret til sletning
    I særlige tilfælde har du ret til at få slettet oplysninger om dig, inden tidspunktet for Rigspolitiets almindelige generelle sletning indtræffer.

    Ret til begrænsning af behandling
    Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at få behandlingen af dine personoplysninger begrænset. Hvis du har ret til at få begrænset behandlingen, må Rigspolitiet fremover kun behandle oplysningerne – bortset fra opbevaring – med dit samtykke, eller med henblik på at retskrav kan fastlægges, gøres gældende eller forsvares, eller for at beskytte en person eller vigtige samfundsinteresser.

Hvis du besvarer spørgeskemaet, vil dine besvarelser – i pseudonymiseret form – blive sammenkørt med oplysninger hos Danmarks Statistik. Det drejer sig overordnet om oplysninger vedrørende køn, alder, civilstand, indkomst, uddannelsesniveau, socioøkonomi og nationalitet.
11) Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets forordning (EU) 2016/679 af 27. april 2016 om beskyttelse af fysiske personer i forbindelse med behandling af personoplysninger og om fri udveksling af sådanne oplysninger og om ophævelse af direktiv 95/46/EF. Af artikel 13, stk. 1, fremgår det, at den dataansvarlige skal give den registrerede en række oplysninger, når personoplysninger indsamles hos den registrerede.

22) Lov nr. 502 af 23. maj 2018 om supplerende bestemmelser til forordning om beskyttelse af fysiske personer i forbindelse med behandling af personoplysninger og om fri udveksling af sådanne oplysninger (databeskyttelsesloven).

    • The purpose is to carry out a survey to map people’s perception of safety in their local areas and what the police can do to increase it.
    The legal basis for the National Police's processing of your personal data follows from:

    • Section 10 (1) of the Data Protection Act.2
    • Section 11 (1) of the Data Protection Act.

If you answer the questionnaire, your answers - in pseudonymized form - will be linked to information from Statistics Denmark. It concerns information about gender, age, marital status, income, level of education, socio-economy and nationality.
11) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC. Article 13 (1), it appears that the data controller must provide the data subject with a number of information when personal data is collected from the data subject.
